About the IHAT / and what makes it so great

The IHAT is an industrial style trade show event put on by Rhino Tool House and our partners.

The focus of this show is to bring the latest in manufacturing innovation directly to our customers in a format that is exciting for our customers, a profit center for ourselves and our vendors, and a great way to engage the market.

This year we are hosting 2 large scale events hosted in Cinncinnati, OH and Milwaukee, WI.

IHAT Schedule / the who, what, where, when, and why

Vendor Move-in / Set-up

Vendors will be given an 11 hour window starting at 8:00am the day before the event. This is dedicated to moving in all equipment, hanging all signage and banners, setting up and testing all air and electrical equipment, and any other setup tasks you will need to have in place before the day of the event.

IHAT Doors Open / Breakfast

IHAT atendee registration will start at 8:00am and continue throughout the day.

Vendors are expected to be at their booths 30 minutes prior to the show starting to ensure their equipment is ready for the show.

Coffee, donuts, and other breakfast items will be served to our guests and vendors starting at 8:00am and continuing to 10:00am.

1st Breakout Session

The shows early breakout session will start at 10:00am, ending at 11:00am. This breakout session is limited to 50 registrants.

This breakout session is yet to be determined. Please volunteer with RTH marketing before July 25th if you would be interested in being a keynote speaker.

1st Raffle Drawing

The first raffle drawing will be held at 11:45. This raffle drawing will feature giveaways and prizes donated by our vendors and by RTH.

Any vendor that donates a giveaway for our drawing will be givin full credit during the raffles, and showcased on a posterboard located near the raffle stage. If you are interested in donating, please specify what you will be donating during your registration.

Lunch Served

Lunch will be catered and available from noon until 2:30pm. This lunch will be served buffet style so that guests and vendors can eat on their own time.

2nd Breakout Session

The shows 2nd breakout session will start at 2:00pm, ending at 3:00pm. This breakout session is limited to 50 registrants.

This breakout session is yet to be determined. Please volunteer with RTH marketing before July 25th if you would be interested in being a keynote speaker.

2nd and Final Raffle Drawing

The final raffle drawing will be held at 3:15pm. This raffle drawing will feature larger giveaways and prizes donated by our vendors and by RTH.

Any vendor that donates a giveaway for our drawing will be givin full credit during the raffles, and showcased on a posterboard located near the raffle stage. If you are interested in donating, please specify what you will be donating during your registration.

Show End

The IHAT show will start to close its doors shortly before the 4:00pm deadline, and will shut down the event at 4:00pm.

Show Breakdown

All vendors will be required to break down their displays and booths before the 7:00pm deadline. This includes all banners, stands, equipment, and items that need to be shipped out.

Any items that need to be shipped back to the vendor will be the responsibility of the vendor to coordinate with Great Wolf Lodge Shipping Department unless otherwise coordinated with Rhino Tool House. Rhino Tool House will not be responsible for any items or equipment left at the show.
